7th December 2015

You’ve got to love Shane Black, writer of Lethal Weapon and the Last Boy Scout and director of Iron Man 3 and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, has now written and directed this: The Nice Guys.

Starring Russell Crowe, Ryan Gosling, Kim Basinger and Matt Bomer the movie is set in seventies Los Angeles with a down on his luck private eye Holland March (Gosling) and world weary muscle-for-hire Jackson Healy (Crowe) have nothing in common until they’re plunged into a life-or-death mystery when the missing persons case they’re both following makes them the target of trained killers.

This looks like the movie I expected Inherent Vice to be, which wasn’t at all.

We have to wait until June 3rd 2016 for this to be released in UK cinemas.
